Most probably the sensor cable is broken, but Cateye can not supply any new ones, so we suggest that you have it repaired (by soldering the wires), as all our stock has been used up.
We have spare computers type CC8900 (item# 32023107) and spoke magnets (item# 32023102) on stock and at your disposal.
